Damaged, defective, or incorrect items This policy does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery at realtimefitness.co@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number, and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
