Processing time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.

Lost or missing packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
